Just thought I would start this support group for January test-takers.

Has anyone's permit disappeared yet? Mine is still there. Took CS on 1/16.

Mine still there as well. AMG. CS 1/18. I really don't know how well this urban legend holds up. Fingers crossed for everyone though =)

Wow this is the most dead CS results thread ever. Did no one take it in January or is there a cure for med student neuroticism that I wasn't aware of?

US med student here. Took mine 1/23. Was the scheduling permit available on the nbme site where I have gotten my other step score reports? I don't see one but I didn't know to look before now. What is the significance?

Yeah it's that one on the nbme site so yours is also gone. I believe the anecdotal legend is that if your permit is gone you'll either get your score that coming wednesday (aka tomorrow) AND/OR you passed. But it seems pretty hocus pocus

Well just to share my experience, my Permit disappeared the day results for me was released. Goodluck to all you guys. I know the worry and horrific feeling of waiting for the CS results. You guys got this.

you may want to as it may determine SOAP eligibility in case you don't match, but I have no clue lol!
