Step 2 cs another panicking med student

Hi everyone ,

I just took my step 2 cs and as many of you fellow med students have experienced , the panic and anxiety has set in , I woke up at 5 am today remembering that I put hypothyroidism where I should have put hypothyroidism , in addition I 100 percent missed one diagnosis and had atleast one to 3 cases where it was difficult to diagnose . I also had a tough time knowing for sure if I did the proper exams and asked all te pertinent questions . I also didn't really have any pertinent negatives in my findings .

I'm just super nervous and anxious any feedback on my case , I was very nice and did all the things I needed to or hope I did on CIs and sep

Huh?

You are probably fine. I got above average in ICE and had a few cases I was pretty puzzled on the diagnosis.

Sorry for the double post didnt know two went through, and sorry for the typo I meant i put hypo when i should have put hyper. My point is that there were 2 cases where I really was puzzled on the diagnosis and put things that were relevant but didnt explain all the problems. Im just worried about ICE portion, I feel my physical sections were good but diagnosis for 2-3 were difficult in the moment . Did you feel the same way after your test
