I have a March 5 CS date in Philly, I'm looking for a later date in March (ideally the 22nd) in any city. Message me if interested in switching.

You can't switch with anyone unfortunately. Best bet is to download a webapp that will check constantly for a date to open up and just switch into that date when it becomes available.
