I'm taking this exam next week and have been reviewing the 1st aid for the Step 2.
Have a quick question for you guys...first aid lists a whole bunch of diagnostic tests, including Bronchoalveolar lavage, chest CT, etc for someone who presented in the office with productive cough.
Are you guys actually listing the whole thing? I think it's absurd to be so invasive 😉 I realize that you should list the most important and immediate tests first but c'mon now....if I wrote this in my ER note my attending would think i'm a tool...
