Step 2 CS door chart

Took CS recently and I'm considering all the mistakes I made. I realized I never really read the door chart that closely, only looking at the chief complaint and the vitals. Does anyone know if the door charts contain the same information regarding the section that talks about performing a physical exam? I'm afraid that I may have neglected to perform portions of the exam that may have been instructed on the door chart. I thought it was just a generic statement telling you to perform an exam but don't do the forbidden maneuvers. I'd appreciate any insight as I'm currently freaking out about my CS experience.

I believe you are correct. It doesn't tell you which exams to do, just gives vitals. Should be able to do fine even without looking at it too closely so don't worry.

Just gives Pt. Name, age and Vitals. It also might give some other info like, no physical exam needed. But it would not contain other info.
