no it would definitely be overkill to do so, and I doubt the fake patients would even know. In my experience they weren't the greatest actors at remembering their lines

Typically the SPs are only on like 1 or 2 meds so drug history is easy. But yeah, there's not enough room to put dose and frequency in the note.
