For Step 2 CS, do you introduce yourself to the SP as Dr. Lastname (even for MS4s)?

Yes. We were even told its ok to use Dr. Firstname if your last name is "difficult" to pronounce.

I introduced myself as a medical student using my first name

We were told to introduce ourselves however we saw fit. I went with first and last names and medical student. I don't think it makes any difference as long as you formally introduce yourself somehow.

I was told today to introduce myself however I wanted to. Just do whatever is most comfortable.
