Step 2 CS - mini-mental status exam

Can someone please outline the mini-mental status exam we should be doing during Step 2 CS. Is there an abbreviated version or does it have to be the full 30 point exam? Thanks in advance for your help!

ask them name, place, year
ask them to repeat 3 objects
spell WORLD backwards
repeat the 3 objects (recall)
