how much of the neuro exam do we need to do?

first aid is insane in the amount.

also when we test motor:

how many muscle groups: e.g. bi/tri/fingers/wrist all are upper extremity.....

I failed the first time (due to data gathering) and am awaiting the results for the second so take this for what it is worth. I did the whole neuro exam when needed both times. You have to practice a couple of times on maintaining a good flow and eliminating dead space in the exam if you want to complete it quickly. I did shoulder Ab/Ad, bi, tri, wrist flexion/ext, spread fingers, grip, knee ext/flex, dorsal/plantar flex. I agree that the amount is insane, but this is a test not real life.
