Some of the 4th years at my school are saying that in Houston it's easier to pass the CS, while it's harder in Philadelphia. Has anyone heard that one location is easier than another?

In the South, there is something called Southern Hospitality. It also applies to how friendly the people (and patients) are. Plus, in Houston, there is absolutely nothing to do in the area where the test center is located. So, you're essentially stuck in your hotel room to study the night before.
