I have a question regarding doing a detailed Ob/Gyn history for female patients. I took my test yesterday. Now, unless an Ob/Gyn disease process could logically be put in the differential, I didn't go into menstrual history. Will I be docked for that?

no.

oddly, i didn't have a single patient with abdominal pain on my CS. or any patient with a GYN-esque complaint. how unusual.

You're supposed to perform a FOCUSED history and physical. I really hope people aren't asking every patient about sexual history, occupational hazards, and medical history of aunts and uncles. Your history/physical should be related only to the chief complaint and ruling in/out possible differentials based on that complaint.
