A couple quick questions.
Is the reporting delay related to changes in Step II?
What guidelines are currently used by StepII? (ATP III vs ACC-AHA, DSM IV vs V)?

Really? My exam had DSM-IV diagnoses in there. Ie: hypochondriasis and somatoform disorder (literally two answer choices)...vs illness anxiety disorder somatic symptom disorder (which were not). I guess this thread won't be helping that guy/gal that much. I second baheera:
