Step Up to Medicine or Harrison´s Manual?

Hi, next semester I'm starting my clinical rotation in Internal Medicine (3rd year) and I was wondering whether it was better to use Harrison's Manual (not Big Harrison's) or SUTM. What do you guys recommend?
