I bought this book, but I never used it. Several of my classmates who bought this book reccomended it to me though, they said that it was very useful in terms of giving clinical correlates for step I (which has become more and more clinically-based over the past decade). Even though I didn't use my copy, I still think that it's a good book to have; you need to get used to reading cases and coming up with thoughts based on those cases and the other option (Underground clinical vignettes) is much more expensive.
