my off the cuff answer with nothing but my own background speaking, is that PLA2 inhibition is more important to immediate inflammation, since those products will attract immune cells, cause vasodilation/constriction and propagate the acute phase of inflammation. NFKB, being a transcription factor, is probably more geared towards mobilizing the inflammation and mounting the correct response.

Again, this is nothing but my own dingus talking here.
