Steroids and phospholipase A2

I know one of the effects of steroids can be to inhibit phospholipase A2. Is this a more important mechanism than decreasing NFkB?

my off the cuff answer with nothing but my own background speaking, is that PLA2 inhibition is more important to immediate inflammation, since those products will attract immune cells, cause vasodilation/constriction and propagate the acute phase of inflammation. NFKB, being a transcription factor, is probably more geared towards mobilizing the inflammation and mounting the correct response.

Again, this is nothing but my own dingus talking here.
