I love mine -- you should be able to get one online for about $60. Is it as good as my Cards III -- not quite, but I really like the smaller size.

I agree with Ed (but don't I always 😉 ?)-I have a littman that reverses from an adult size to a pedi size, and I do like that for ED (where I'm as likely to get a 300# 20 year old as a baby), but I can't use it in the NICU or newborn because it's half the size of the baby. I keep a littman pedi scope with me on those rotations and it works perfectly well on the big folks when I go to clinic.
