Still says Under Review

Okay... it is now almost end of February and school that I applied to still says "Under Review".
They are...

OHSU
BU
USC
Roseman
VCU

that being said...should I still be hopeful that it still says "Under Review", not "Application Denied" or.... this "Under Review" basically mean I'm denied?

Anyone experienced something like this?

silent rejection...I know its for sure for Roseman. They did it to me last cycle, and it looks like it is the case this cycle as well.

I also have 5 schools that silently rejected me I guess lol what's the deal with that.
