I've received most of my secondaries now, but I'm still waiting on one letter of rec. from a doctor I shadowed. (For some reason, it's like pulling teeth with him) Should I just hop on those secondaries now and send them in even though I dont have all my letters or should I wait? Thanks.

Don't delay, start writing now because it will take you longer than you think.

Do they only need letters for when they start giving out interviews? (And yeah I figured as much, gonna get start on them then :) )

Usually you need all your materials (letters, secondary, fee) to be complete and be reviewed; after review is when you get the interview invites. However, some schools read applications without the letters and set them aside until the letters come, and some schools (UMich) even give interview invites without the letters. So it is best to get the secondaries in within a reasonable amount of time.
