Hey Guys, just a quick question. Does stony brook interview a lot of people like rutgers and buffalo do , which is around 400 or does stony brook interview very selectively and very few people?

From past record when they actually released their information (they haven't for the past 3 years). They interview about 110-120 IS and 130-140 OOS. I would guesstimate an average of about 250 total.

So proportion wise in regards to class size it's about the same as the schools you listed.

Just to add on to that. I've also heard its a bit easier to get in if your IS. When I went for my interview the D4 said there was 3 OOS in her class of 44.
