Hi everyone,

I heard that Interfolio is a good website for storing LOR's. Could someone please tell me a little bit more about how this process works? My volunteer supervisor said she would write me a LOR but she is leaving the volunteer place, and I wont be applying for another year. So I need a place to store her LOR in the meantime. Thank you!

yes interfolio will work well. Go ahead and log in to the website. They charge a per year fee of I believe $20 and you can upgrade whenever you want. Once you enroll, you should have all the instructions you need to obtain a letter.

more and more professors are becoming familar with it, and those that aren't find it very easy/convenient

I've been very satisfied with Interfolio so far! It;s very easy to request letters and very easy for your people to upload them. Also you can quickly get in touch with their customer service who will confirm that a letter is signed and on letterhead without breaking confidentiality.
