if you have a concentration cell with Ag electrodes and a .02 M AgNo3 solution at the anode, and a saturated AgOAc solution at the cathode.
and your ksp = (activity coefficent of ag+ in agno3 )x ([Ag+] in the AgNO3) x activity coefficient of ag+ in AgOAc x ([Ag+] that is in AgOAc)
activity coefficient of Ag+ in agno3 = .87
activity coefficient of Ag+ in AgOAc=.80
the literature AgOAc ksp is 2.5x10^-3
using
Voltage= (-.0592/n)(logQ) <---- nernst equation
find the voltage of the cell
i think i have this one figure out but it would be nice to see what others come up with! 😀
