[Sorry if this is redundant]

Anyways, I'm looking through the MSAR and was wondering what numbers I should focus on. I see the number of matriculants and number interviewed, but nothing about the number accepted. Is there a ratio of interview to matriculants I should be looking for? I should I just look at the number of OOS applied?

Any help is much appreciated.

When looking at statistics of how many get in, you run into the risk of treating yourself as a random number. If you see that 5 of 100 applicants got in, that doesn't mean you have a 5% chance of getting in. Rather, the probability of you getting into to an OOS schools is mostly predetermined by your scores, experiences, personality, etc.

To get into a public OOS school you probably have to be in the upper 10-20% of applicants at that school. On the other hand, its mostly fair game in private schools.

Good luck!
