First question is what have you been doing since 2009
Second question is are you a US resident? US citizen? Have a US visa?
Third question is how good is your english? This affects PDs decisions.

There are many many many many other factors besides board scores which go into residency selection decisions. Don't focus on the one.

Good questions. The farther out from training, the worse your chances get.

I totally sympathize. I have an amazing friend who's a foreign OB-Gyn and has been in the US for a few years. Works on research with me and is such a great colleague. She applied to both OB-Gyn and Family Medicine this year to try to increase the odds of matching (didn't match last year in OB-Gyn) and only got 3 interviews, all local. So frustrating to see a dedicated, accomplished physician unable to get a re-training slot in the US. Good luck!
