North Shore is still a NAPA site. Not sure where you're getting your info. They are trying to hire their own people for a surgi center and struggling mightily.

My comments were about physicians in general, not just anesthesiologists. Most North Shore physicians are employees. In terms of hiring, I don't think they will have a tough time hiring anyone directly. Napa has already showed them that anesthesiologists can be salaried and will work long hours, including call. They are currently just adding a few things on top of what NAPA is offering and getting the attention they need from job-seekers.
