I realize pretty much all of you who are reading this are still considered pre-med, as am I, but I found going through my advanced paramedic that ECG's were a real struggle, especially when it came diagnosing 12-leads. I stumbled accross a great book called Rapid Interpretation of EKG's, written by Dr. Dale Dubin. It's an easy to read book that you can finish in a weekend and your understanding will astound you. If you're struggling, pick it up, it's only around $20 from Barnes and Noble. The book walks you through basic arhythmias in lead II all the way through axis deviation, rotation and myocardial hypertrophy diagnosis. Hope this helps anybody who is struggling like I was!!!!
