Student housing at Temple?

Hi, I'm currently on the west coast in CA and I'm starting med school at Temple in 3 weeks. To my knowledge, the closest graduate housing for Temple med students is about 4-5 miles away. Does anyone know what most first year students at Temple do for housing? or rather, what do most first year out-of-state students do for housing. Thanks for any help you can offer.
