I keep hearing that Vanderbilt has the highest med student satisfaction rating, but I can't find any other information. Does anyone know what goes into the rating and what other schools rank high? I tried google, but didn't find anything useful

I want to know this too... I've only officially heard that Vandy is really good. From many med students I know I hear people love Baylor and Harvard supposedly has very happy students. Anyone have any actual data?

Anyone have any info on this? I recall seeing a survey like this somewhere, but I couldn't find it.

I don't have any info, but I was accepted to Vandy and let me be the first to tell you that it is an AMAZING school. The people are wonderful, the faculty are supportive and nurturing and the school spoils its students. 2nd look was almost hedonistic.

Considering most med students I've met have never mentioned being polled as to how satisfied they are, I wouldn't put much stake in such data. I mean if Vandy is the only school that got such a poll (I sure didn't), then they could be highest on a list of one. You need to know who did this study and who they polled and how scientific a sampling they used, or it is a garbage assertion.

This site consists of surveys that medical students fill out to about how much they like their school. I don't think it ranks them, but it lets you compare. I don't think the sample size is very big for some of the schools though.
