So I'm going to take the MCAT April of 2020. Im starting to study now, and I realize I have lots of time, but I also need to make money and volunteer. With that being said, would it be possible to work 2 jobs and go to school, and volunteer while studying for the MCAT? Im a little intimidated by this, so what do you recommend? How many hours of studying a week do I need in this long time frame?

The time you have per week is not as important as the total time you have to study. Take a diagnostic test and I would recommend 40-50 hours per point that you want to increase. If you take a diagnostic and you are scoring 500 and you want to get 515 you should expect to study 600-750 hours in total. I worked 30-40 hours a week and did part-time classes while studying for the MCAT 10-20 hours a week in a very similar timeframe (last August until May).
