Studying DDS in UAE?

Could someone advice me.. Should I do DDS in Ajman university (dubai) or abroad?! In uae they are accepting me after o levels but I'm not sure if I should study DDS here or abroad. Somebody please tell me the pros and cons. Thanks.

Abroad where? What is o level? Why are you not sure?

Europe or Malaysia.. They're accepting me directly after high school. I'm not sure if I should study here in UAE.. I don't know I'm just confused..

And after completing DDS in UAE to practice Dentistry I will have to do 3 yrs of unpaid work..
