I am using the O'Sullivan Review book to study for the exam (needless to say, there are mistakes throughout the book. It's like 10 different people wrote each paragraph because the word-age is not the same from sentence to sentence. ie: One sentence says medial rotation, next sentences says internal rotation)
So, I took the first practice exam and one question is not sitting right with me. The question is looking at the FABER position causes back pain and the answer is SIJ dysfunction. However, in the book (and what I learned from class) is FABER is for the hip joint. Their rational in the back of the book is that bc it's back pain its SIJ but the book doesn't agree with that explanation. Anyone else have a take on this?
It concerns me that I'm studying the information in the book and then their exam doesn't match the information, and what is that going to mean for the NPTE?
