Studying other material will in Kaplan Course

I'm taking the Kaplan Course in June and was wondering if anyone used the other materials after the course? Or did you guys use the other material while taking the course simultaneously.

The kaplan course from feedback I had from friends who have taken it is "...was a waste of money.." they did recommend to get the material which you can study by urself. Other material Top score, Ace DAT, Crack DAT PAT, Cliff Bio notes, DAT destroyer.

yea kaplan course is more geared towards the people who know nothing baisically, it was a waste of money and i ended up skipping the last 4 classes anyway. probably the most valuable resource are the practice tests they have at the Kaplan centers and also the online kaplan material but i'm sure there are cheaper ways to get such material

hmmm, I'm just worried about the PAT section. I really need to nail a 21+ with my crappy GPA.
