Sublease IM doc office to do EMGs. Is this illegal?

Hi,
There are a few IM docs that want me to sublease 1 half-day/week of their Clinic to do emgs on their patients. I would keep 100% of the EMG billing, they just want their monthly "rent" or sublease for using their office space.

Is this illegal? Have a portable EMG machine.

as long as they own or their rental contract allows it, it's perfectly fine and this is a common occurrence.

Of course that is legal. What would not be legal would be for them to do the billing and you get paid "per click" ($XXX.XX per study) Just have a lease contract drawn up.

This is legal and a great way to make some extra money. I know a few people doing this in the Chicagoland area.
