Submit AMCAS w/o LoRs

Hi. I'm sure this gets asked a bunch, but a simple search didn't find it. If my AMCAS application is complete, apart from the LoRs being receieved,

a) can I submit it
b) should I submit it or should I wait

Yes, submit it (which you can do without all your letters received yet). You need to get your AMCAS application verified, which can take awhile. You also want to get started on those secondaries.
