Just got done taking the GRE general test with the following results:

Analytical: 740
Quantitative: 760
Verbal: 610

I'm satisfied but not ecstatic at these scores. However, they are around the 90th percentile for the Q and A sections. I spent almost no time studying verbal since I'm applying to engineering programs that really dont seem to care anyways. I looked around at the different MD/PhD programs that I'm applying to.

Most dont require the GRE and besides the 4 or 5 that do, should I go ahead and send these scores off to them anyways?

Many of the websites state that you can send in GRE scores if you have taken the test.

Anybody else send them GRE scores even if they dont specifically require it?

Hi
Sorry I cant answer your question.
What programs do you know of that require the GRE?
Thanks

Off the top of my head:

Michigan
Univ. of Illinois Urbana-Champaign
Ohio State

Theres a couple more I cant remember right now. Remember that it depends on what graduate program you are applying to.

For example, UIUC only requires the GRE for certain graduate programs (bioengineering is one of them).
