My undergrad got screwed up then I took post bacc classes, about 15 with 4.0 in all. So I"m wondering if I were screened out I would receive the rejection email yes? But also I haven't received the "received app" email. So how could I tell if I was screened out or not?

September MCAT would be late at most places as scores aren't released until October. Most schools use a screen for GPA/MCAT scores to determine who to send a secondary / app received e-mail to. It also seems like some schools require LORs to be sent a secondary (n=1 for someone applying to Miami). I think you would need to contact each school and see if submitting a primary now locks you in for that date, or if you need all primary-related documents in before you are considering submitted.

for example California university of science and medicine sent me a received app email.

You dont have a completed primary application if you have no prior scores listed. An incomplete primary may invalidate you at some schools where there is a light 3.0/500 screen, or ones that just require a complete primary to then recieve a secondary.

You keep posting the same thing. You don’t have a MCAT. You sent in your primary with one school and then, based on someone’s suggestion, you added more. Still with no MCAT. You scheduled the MCAT for mid August and then moved it to late August and then you said you cancelled it. Then you claimed to have with drawn your primary.
I don’t know how much is true or how much isn’t. But you most likely won’t get secondaries until they get a MCAT. But FYI, some schools never respond. You get you secondary and submit it and then you wait for months and months. Most(many) schools have applicant portals that you can check to see if they have one for you. But without a MCAT you won’t get far in the process.

When you get the reject email, or check the admissions portals. Not all med schools are using email.

Also, it's not even Labor Day yet. Cut the Admissions Dean and his/her people some slack.

This person hasn’t taken the MCAT . OP applied without a score to one school, and then some doctor said to go ahead and add more. OP has been verified by AMCAS but who knows what the real story is. This story has been circling in various threads for several days.

like I said the app was verified and I cannot withdraw but will not finish the cycle.

You have two options. MCAT Score goes in by default, and you will receive a wave of secondaries in september. If you feel your stats can overpower a late cycle, you complete them. If you do not feel as such, then you do not complete any secondaries, pay no more fees, and call it a day.

Did you notify each school that you were withdrawing like several people suggested? Don’t worry about not hearing from the schools. You should be notifying them you aren’t going forward this cycle. Send the email to every school you told AMCAS to send your primary to. Then you’ll be done for this cycle.

That's the plan because I had a weak undergrad then had an upward trend w/ post bacc and took 15 classes with 4.0 but I'm assuming this won't be enough to allow them to look at me this late in the cycle

Yes I did.

Well if you sent an email withdrawing there would be no reason for any school to notify you of anything. I imagine they will simply close your file. Maybe at some point they might send an email confirming they closed the file but there is nothing left to do on your end.
