Hey All,
I'm planning on submitting ACCOMAS on the first day submission is possible.... but I am also planning on doing some retakes during summer session 1.

So I was wondering - is this a bad idea?
Can I update my schools and ACCOMAS once the summer classes are done?

You could submit your AACOMAS on June 1st but remember to list all the courses you are planning to take. Once you finish your courses, you could send in the updated transcript to AACOMAS, and they will update the GPAs accordingly.

If your GPAs won't change much after receiving A's in the retakes (e.g., 3.4 --> 3.5), I would submit AACOMAS on the first day. However, if your GPAs are low and the retakes could boost them significantly (i.e., 2.9 --> 3.1), then I would suggest waiting until all your grades are in. You don't want to risk being auto-screened by some schools.

^^

That is also why is has been suggested on here many of times, to just apply to 1 school on June 1st. Then apply to the rest on your list after your summer grades are updated on your application
