submitting app

I'd submit ASAP (as soon as you get your application started and can do it), because they take a while to go through your transcripts; you'll be able to send them updated transcripts later anyway. I'm assuming the extra credits added by the end of June aren't going to have any great impact on your GPA.

i mean, if i do well i'm sure they'll help my masters gpa out a bit. i have 12 credits so far, and i'm taking 12 credits this semester..so basically, i'll only have grades for 6 of the 12 credits from this semester by june 4th

would i be able to send updated transcripts at the end of june, or do i have to wait until the academic update?

Well, your transcripts should list those 12 credits as in progress, so at least they'll know about them, no? (something you should ask your school I think)

If you haven't e-submitted your application, then you could send an updated transcript, though that will require them to spend the time evaluating that new transcript. If your app is ready and you e-submit, then you'd have to wait until the academic update.

If it's really important for you to have those grades on your complete application before submission, then just wait to e-submit until you've sent them a final transcript and they've fully evaluated it. Either way I don't think it's going to make a huge impact during the application process.
