submitting grades for med school from two different colleges?

so in PSEO during high school, i took a few college classes. i eventually got a B+ in Art Hist (i was late and missed a quiz, which i wasn't able to retake). so my questions are:
1. do i have to submit that grade to AMCAS?
2. so say if i do have to submit them, since i took them in high school, will the adcoms even care ?

All the college credits (CC's, college courses in high school, universities, transfers etc.) should be mentioned in AMCAS. They will look at those grades.
