Submitting letters of rec mid July?

Is this too late? I will have my letters ready July 15 and was wondering if this is gonna be too late or still okay. It seems most people submit them along with their primary.

I also am wondering this.... I submitted my primary and was verified, yet I didn't assign any of my letters to schools... I thought you were supposed to assign them when you submit secondaries....

LORs aren't required to submit the primary, you'll just need to have them in after the secondaries for your application to be considered complete at the schools to which you're submitting. Lots of people submit their primaries without them and then send them in later.
