I already asked in the specialty thread but I just want to make sure .


I am almost done with PASS application except one personal evaluation.

Can I still submit PASS and that last letter will be accepted by PASS? Or should I wait until the last letter is received by PASS then submit??

Just submit it. It updates as things become completed
