Submitting primary apps before new mcat score?

I am currently reapplying to DO schools as I withdrew my applications last year. I did really bad last summer when I took the MCAT and I am retaking it the first week of September. I am currently scoring very well on all my practice exams but I was wondering if I should submit my primary apps before receiving my new mcat scores or wait until I get my scores in October. Im scared that if I submit now schools will reject me based on my poor 1st MCAT score. All input is appreciated 🙂

Depending on how bad your first score was... Take your time to polish your app and submit your application to one throwaway school just to get verified. Then when your new score comes back you can add a ton more schools.
