Hey everyone I'm just wondering what is the appropriate way to submit my PS? Since there is a limited amount of characters accepted I know that it should be single spaced and obviously a new line for every paragraph.. but what about intentions for every new paragraph? What is appropriate and what is not in terms of maximizing characters?

This covered a little bit in the AADSAS FAQs. Link is in my signature.

When it comes to minimizing character counts, this is totally up to you. Don't use inappropriate (ie. "slang") abbreviations or anything like that. You just have to go through and cut out the "fluff"--maybe it will help if someone you know takes a look at it and tells you what can be cut out.

Alright, thanks I'll take a look at that! I just got a little concerned because I read somewhere that it should be shorter than the 4500 characters because sometimes the application will cut out the last 5-10 characters and I don't want my PS to look incomplete.

Last year, if your statement was too many characters, it actually wouldn't allow you to save the document. So trust me, you'll know if it's too long! 😀
