Hi Everyone,
Has anyone interviewed at Sullivan ? If so, how is the interview set up and what type of questions did they ask. More specifically, did anyone interviewed with Dr. Facione. I tried the interview feedback, but there's none for Sullivan. If you could share your experience I'd appreciated 🙂.

Thank You.

I would do a search for Sullivan - then contact members that have already undergone the interview process - there should also be an interview feedback page, but I cannot seem to locate it now.

Dr Facione ask basic questions like: tell me about yourself, why pharmacy, why sullivan. This were the questions I could remainber from my interview last year with him.

If the rest of your apllication is strong i.e recom. letters, extra-curicullar activities etc, you should be fine! 🙂

just to add on some of stuff for sullivan university.

we have an facebook group for class of 2011. just search sullivan university, school of pharmacy.. perhaps you guys can open up your group for 2012. Also lot of people have asked me what type of questions does the adminstration asks?
1. Why did you choose pharmacy?
2. What will make you a good pharmacy?
3. what are your plans after pharmacy school? Don't say community pharmacy, say you want to do post-pharm.d
4. Some ethics questions, since Dr.Facione is big on Ethics, so "what will you do if you received a fake prescription? and many more questions.

Just be yourself and don't get nervous. .everybody there are very nice, they are all laid back and also the enviornment is very professional. by the way, we have to pant, shirt and tie, and labcoat everyday..

We are actually on break right now for 2 weeks so lot of us are free right now..let me know if you need to me to ask other students from class of 2011 to provide interview questions. Also we have a facebook group for class of 2011, just search "Sullivan University, school of pharmacy". Why don'ts somebody open a group for class of 2012.

Best of Luck.

Ex.
Why did you choose pharmacy? and additional questions combined.
answers have multiple question integrated.

Pharmay is a profession and it consists of similar educated bodies with similar interest. Professions tend to be autonomous, which means they have a high degree of control of their own affairs. Professions enjoy a high social status, regard and esteem.

The field of pharmacy offers healthy career options for those who desire to contribute towards health care services. The profession spans the development, testing, production and marketing of medicines and the monitoring of drug therapy. Thus pharmacists are specialists knowledgeable about:
The composition and properties of drugs
Drug activity within the body
Product manufacturing and analytical processes
Distribution of the product in the market
Safe administration of drug therapy

Also..tell them..after pharmacy you can do post-pharm.D such as residency in.
ambulatory care,
managed care,
