hey everyone,
i was wondering if anyone knew of how to go about finding summer housing in nyc? im going to be there from mid june till mid august and im willing to pay around 1300/month. ive browsed craigslist but havent seen anything good yet. anyone know of colleges/universities in the area that might have decent housing (prefer apt. style) or other good resources?
thanks!

Look into NYU summer housing. I know that they have it, and it's pretty affordable. I think the deadline is the end of march, so I'd check into it ASAP. Good luck :luck:

I'm living in NYC at the moment and looking for an apartment. I've had some success looking on craigslist for short-term/sublease. Since you're not coming 'till June, you might have to wait a month or so before some of these place become available.

You might also try Weill Cornell's student housing or Columbia.

Hey-- I have an ****amazing**** apartment up by Columbia P&S (that's the med campus, not the Morningside campus). I'm going to be out of town from May 9 till June 18-- was hoping to find someone nice and decent to sublet for that time.

Any takers??

Call Columbia's on campus Housing Office (main # 212 854-1754) and they should be able to have some dorms available. Can't beat the libraries and the facilities - East Asian Library is the BEST!! 👍
