Summer Podiatry Internship?

I know that many of the podiatry schools offer some type of a summer internship program. I applied to two of them - one at CSPM and one at DMU. I heard back from CSPM but not from DMU yet. Has any one else applied to the DMU program and heard back? They said they would notify students in "early June".

wait you applied to both programs? I know that both the programs overlap in date... so does that mean you're planning to attend the DMU internship and skip the CSPM?

I considered applying for the DMU program (I ended up not doing it because I'm doing research this summer), and I had a little correspondence with DMU about when they would get back to the applicants. They said the first week or two to me (ie "early june). If I was you and if you don't hear back from DMU by Friday, either call the office late in the afternoon or Monday morning and tell them you are trying to finalize your summer plans and you'd like to know if you got into the program or not.

Good luck - if you get in/go, I hope it is a great experience. It looks really cool!
