If you can get state tuition after a year of living in NY state (which I am not sure about), I would always go for the cheaper option.

I just started my fourth year at NYMC, and wanted to say take SUNY. It's cheaper, and I hear they treat their students a better. PM me if you have specific questions. 🙂
