SUNY Downstate -- Any news?

Has anyone heard from SUNY Downstate yet? How long does it generally take for them to call for an interview?

I completed my application at the end of September, but haven't heard a peep from them. It's excruciating.....

i think i had my application completed towards the end of august or early september, don't remember for sure. i got an interview invitation on 10-25 for me to come in on 11/12. hoep that helps.

I had my application complete in mid-august, they called me for an interview in the middle of september, interview on 9/30, and i just got in on monday.

Veilside, I know you're on your way too! Great news about that interview.

They actually called me up and offered me the interview over the phone. So now it is a much more relaxed waiting game to hear from any other schools.

I finished my app by mid-august and got a phone call like around mis september to schedula an interview on October 2nd and I got an acceptance on October 22. So they should get back to you in a month or so. Just hang in there. Your phone call will come. Best of luck!

oh boy....
Still waiting for Downstate!! IT's been 3.5 wks since my interview (oct 8).... and I looked at my AMCAS transmissions dates, and interestingly enough, my transmission date changed from aug. to now oct. 22.... very interesting, yet no word.
My interview said, and i quote "I wouldnt be surprised if you get accepted everywhere you apply".....
well, I want to be accepted by Downstate!
...acceptance, please come.....

acceptance letters were dated 10/21, so its possible that if you are accepted, you may be in the next batch to get sent out.
