I find the schools very similar in the quality of education. So a break in the cost would be nice. Buffalo is home it would save me overall $30K/ year I like NYMC and I would be very happy to go there, but it is hard to say yes to 175-200K in debt compared to $60K AK

NYMC probably has some of the best residencies matches and rotaions. AK
