Depends on how long of a commute you can tolerate. SUNY quotes about $1300 for those in walking distance (<30 min walk) and about $750 for those not in walking distance (but generally a longer commute). For something slightly larger than a shoebox, you either pay more or live further.

Personally, I think the average is more than the SUNY quote, but those are the figures they give us.
