The Residency Program has mostly supervision by either Social workers or Psychologists (weekly) for Therapy patients and once a month with MD for medication supervision. Is this a regular trend in other programs also?

Psychotherapy supervision by psychologists is fairly typical. Haven't heard of supervision by social workers, although that could be reasonable. One of my family therapy supervisors is a social worker, and she is very good at both therapy and supervising residents.

Qmonthly medication management supervision sounds fairly infrequent to me.
